You request the refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
The advertisement has not yet been published on the Resell Hub platform.
A technical issue or error on our part prevented your advertisement from being published as agreed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

The advertisement has already been published.
The refund request is made after 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
The advertisement violates our Advertising Policy and was removed.
Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside of Resell Hub’s control, such as poor performance due to the advertiser’s content or market conditions.

- The date of purchase and the advertisement details.
- Reason for requesting a refund.
Review Period: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Approval or Denial: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. If denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For bank transfers or other manual payments, additional details may be required to process the refund.
